We’re looking for YOU for our Plant located in Ourense.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Monitoring of MEGATECH’s quality at each of its customers
  • Launching and monitoring of PDCA dynamics for customer incident
    resolution
  • Elaboration and follow-up of action plans associated with customers.
  • Management of product/process modifications requested by the customer.
  • Maintenance of the plant’s visual management systems related to customer quality.
  • Tracking and measurement of all non-quality costs both internal and customer
  • Monitoring and coordination of System and Supplier audits.
  • Coordinate and participate in external and internal audits of certification bodies and customers.
  • Management of the plant’s quality system
  • Determining the needs of personnel, training, investments, …
  • Analysis and reporting of the department’s KPIs.

YOUR PROFILE:

  • Technical Industrial Engineering or Higher
  • Minimum 5 years experience in Quality Department. Preferably in the automotive sector
  • Knowledge in process, system and product audits.
  • Knowledge of FMEA, APQP, PPAP.
  • High level of English (C1)
  • Desirable knowledge of continuous improvement.
  • Experience with ERP (PRC) and Excel advanced level.
  • Type of working day: full time
  •  Duration: Fix contract
