We are currently looking for you to join our Tomaszow plant as Process Engineer.

YOUR TASKS:

  • Designing technological processes in the automotive industry, taking into account Customers requirements, operating times, efficiency, ergonomics and the principles of Lean Management
  • Ongoing support for the Production and Quality Departments in solving technological problems
  • Analyzing and proposing improvement actions in the field of component production processes for the automotive industry
  • Preparation and updating of technological documentation and process parameters
  • Conducting technological tests
  • Reporting the progress of work and schedule implementation as part of regular meetings with the project team and management
  • Creating calculations for entrusted products and their constant updating
  • Supervision and introduction of engineering changes, participation in the development of technical specifications for machines and devices
  • Optimization of production processes in terms of continuous improvement of the quality and economy of manufactured products
  • Representing the Customer’s project needs

YOUR PROFILE:

  • Practical knowledge of the technology of plastics processing by injection molding
  • Experience on a similar position, in the automotive industry will be an advance
  • Higher technical education
  • Organizational, analytical skills and creativity in problem-solving
  • Communicative English language skills
  • Ability to design technological processes
  • Willingness to frequent business trips
  • Knowledge of MS Office and MS Project
  • Knowledge of ISO standards, QS 9000 quality standards, ISO TS 16949
  • Ability to organize work in a team
  • Availability and creativity in solving problems
