Main goals of position:
- Representation of our company at our customers (BMW in Leipzig)
- Complete care and support of our customer in their plants
- Process-oriented support of our plants, where the production is placed
Duties&Responsibilities:
- Contact with quality coordinator (QM) or shift leaders of the assembly lines
- Processing of current complaints and further procedures
- Support in our production plant for processing complaints (8-D).
- Sample inspection of the delivered parts, even after installation and fault patterns in real time to the production plant
- Repair/reworking support at the customer’s site, coordination of
- Corrective actions as well as instruction and support of personnel at the customer’s site
- Coordinate collection committee acceptance and return delivery to the plant
- Participation in quality meetings and follow-up of agreements
- Daily reporting to our production facilities and reports to customers, as well as to internal departments.
- Support of the series and development team
Requirements:
- General education in the area of engineering, preferred education in plastic
- At least 3 years of experience as Resident Engineer
- Valuable experience in automotive or industrial enterprise
- Knowledge of SAP is an advantage
- Analytical thinking
- Flexibility
- Identification with the company
- Good knowledge in English and German
