Profile:
- at least 3 years of experience in SAP support quality modules (QM, PM) / SAP user helpdesk / SAP KeyUser in quality department
- knowledge about SAP processes especially in automotive industries advantageous
- knowledge in additional SAP modules / ABAP advantageous
- good English skills spoken and written
- customer orientation (internal SAP User are my customers)
- strong willingness to learn and quick comprehension
- good communication skills
- teamwork and flexibility
- availability to travel
Tasks:
- providing Support / Helpdesk with main focus on SAP quality modules (QM, PM)
- support and cooperation in new processes implementation (new customer projects, new functional extension in SAP)
- SAP process definition, process customizing, process optimization, masterdata management
- (after training phase)
- recording and definition of requirements in collaboration with the relevant departments
- organization and implementation of workshops/training for SAP users and key users
- creating user documentation
