Profile:

  • at least 3 years of experience in SAP support quality modules (QM, PM) / SAP user helpdesk / SAP KeyUser in quality department
  • knowledge about SAP processes especially in automotive industries advantageous
  • knowledge in additional SAP modules / ABAP advantageous
  • good English skills spoken and written
  • customer orientation (internal SAP User are my customers)
  • strong willingness to learn and quick comprehension
  • good communication skills
  • teamwork and flexibility
  • availability to travel

 

Tasks:

  • providing Support / Helpdesk with main focus on SAP quality modules (QM, PM)
  • support and cooperation in new processes implementation (new customer projects, new functional extension in SAP)
  • SAP process definition, process customizing, process optimization, masterdata management
  • (after training phase)
  • recording and definition of requirements in collaboration with the relevant departments
  • organization and implementation of workshops/training for SAP users and key users
  • creating user documentation
